Idol Coming To An End?

According to Star magazine, next year will be American Idol’s 10th and final season.

“Producers know Simon really makes the show, and they feel like they could go only one season without him and the quality will suffer after that.”

Everyone involved wants the show to go out on a high note, so “they’re going to bring in an all-star list of guest judges, including past winners like Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood.”

I’m going to consider this a rumor right now, but considering Simon’s absence and the poorest talent pool yet it would definitely be the right thing to do. I’d imagine Fox trying to fight it with all their might, but then again X Factor could take off and they wouldn’t have a problem. Plus all the added drama of one last chance for the singers of America.

I. DO. NOT. APPROVE. THIS. LOLJK. But seriously, yeah, Simon makes the show. The show will never be the same without him. Even just a Paula Abdul will make a difference. I love Ellen and Kara though. Anyway, whatever happens, it’s already part of the history and everything has come to an end, so yeah, i think i’m ready! :D
